PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1. WELCOME! We welcome all Crafters, Antique Vendors and Direct Sales Consultants.

Crafters: All work MUST be the crafters own hand-crafted product. Only items listed on your application will be permitted. If in doubt, ask or email/attach a picture.

Direct Sales Consultants: Openings MUST be verified prior to sending in agreement and payment. There will not be duplicate companies. Prior consultants have the first opportunity but must confirm interest in returning. An email will temporarily reserve the spot.

2. COST is $65 per weekend for approximately a 10’L x 6’D space. Additional spots for the SAME person is an additional $65. Electricity is $10 and is limited. If electricity is critical, be sure to register early. No Refunds. Returned checks will be subject to bank fees and must then be paid in cash. CHECKS MUST BE PAYABLE TO Motor City BST. If written to anything else, it will be returned and your spot will not be reserved until I receive the new check.

3. NEW!! FOR 2023 – You can pay through Cashapp to $motorcitybst or through paypal to Motorcitybst@hotmail.com.

4. DETAILS: You must supply your own table, chair and table cover ~ Any fixtures or products, etc. must fit within your space and cannot protrude into the walkway ~ If you request electricity, you need to bring a long enough extension cord and tape the cord down.

5. SET-UP will be Friday evening from 2pm-7pm. The doors will also be open 30 minutes prior to the store opening Saturday and Sunday. Please be sure to be set up and ready when the store opens at 11am on Saturday and 12pm on Sunday.

6. OTHER DETAILS: Crafters, Antique Vendors and Direct Sales Consultants who close up early or don’t show up will not be invited back and there will be no refund. Any behavior or disrespect will also not allow you to return and there will be no refund.

7. ADVERTISING: I really believe in OVER advertising! The key to any great sale is advertising. Each participant MUST be willing to advertise the Store. Social media and word of mouth is the best form of advertising! We will have signs in the mall, and flyers will be available to distribute to your customers. A Facebook Group has been created to help advertise – everyone is welcome to join: Motor City Crafts. REMEMBER: THE MORE ADVERTISING THAT IS DONE, THE BETTER FOR EVERYONE!
